the resort upgraded my room to a beachside bungalow when they knew i was there to celebrate my anniversary. they decorated the room nicely. i thoroughly enjoyed one of the tours offered by the hotel (my son and marble mountains).

the water temperature in the shower was intermittent. it switched between hot and cold. after my partner showered one night, there was no hot water left (which was a bit inconvenient).

i found the staff were very friendly. i liked that they had parking spaces available. the gym had useful equipment, which i used daily.

The room was spacious. i booked a sky ocean beautiful. the view from above to the palms and sea was really good. the bed was large. Maybe 3 meters wide. the air conditioner worked perfectly and did not blow directly onto the bed.

The hotel is a bit far from the town center. It takes around 30 minutes to get there, and we used the hotel shuttles.

the hotel has a private beach. it is clean and well kept. the hotel is situated right by the sea, so you can see, hear, and smell the ocean, we loved the pool, but the view was amazing!

the hotel provides a shuttle bus to hoi an four times daily the times are convenient. the rooms were very clean and spacious. breakfast was amazing with a variety of options to choose from. the rooftop bar is nice

the water temperature in the shower fluctuated quite a bit it went from hot to cold unexpectedly. the food quality was average and did not quite meet expectations. the timing of the morning classes did not align with my schedule as they started at 7 30am. the pricing seemed a bit high considering the overall experience

the hotel was beautiful near the beach if you wanted.

the hotel says hypoallergenic. i arrived in a rush, so i didn't clock the mildew smell immediately. when i returned, the smell was unbearable in 2/3 rooms. it instantly triggered my partner's asthma. four of six of us ended up with niggle coughs from one night in this room.
